1. Is it really worth it for me?
My apartment may be old, but it’s mine, and I have peace of mind.
A great question. Urban renewal is not only a real estate matter – it is also a personal and emotional decision. But it’s important to know: a new apartment means a safer building, higher property value, improved quality of life, and a more advanced environment. All this – without spending a shekel, with full guidance and guarantees. We are not here to pressure, but to show what is possible – and you decide if and when.
2. What if there are delays?
Who guarantees that the project won’t stall halfway?
A legitimate concern – and we take it seriously. Every project is backed by a bank that ensures full funding through to delivery, and all Sale Law guarantees, rent, taxes, and land registration are provided. This means that at every stage, you have legal, financial, and planning backing – to ensure the promises don’t remain on paper.
3. I’m worried about the move, especially because of my age.
Is there support for older residents?
Absolutely. We have experience assisting elderly populations – including personal help with the move, flexible timing, and full consideration for pace and needs. You’re not alone – we’re with you hand in hand, to make the transition a calm and safe experience.
4. I have questions, but I don’t want to speak in front of the whole building.
Is that possible?
Of course. We are also available for personal meetings – discreet, face-to-face, and with no obligation. Sometimes, a personal conversation makes all the difference, and we believe in that.
5. How do I know I won’t be misled?
I don’t understand contracts and legal terms.
Every resident is entitled to their own attorney, fully funded by the developer. The goal is simple: to ensure you are independently represented, understand every word – and that all your rights are protected. In addition, every agreement is written in a clear, accessible manner, with no legal tricks.
6. What happens if I just don’t want to?
Am I required to agree?
The decision is entirely yours. But for a project to move forward, the law requires a certain majority consent. We believe in persuasion through open dialogue, not pressure. And if you have a legitimate reason to object – we will treat it with the utmost seriousness. Our goal is not to impose – but to collaborate with mutual respect.
7. Who pays for all the expenses?
Rent? Attorney? Fees?
You don’t pay a thing. All expenses – including attorney’s fees on your behalf, rent during construction, moving, relocation, and all legal handling – are paid by the developer. This is an integral part of a full commitment to the project.
8. Where will I live during construction?
And what if construction is delayed?
You are entitled to either a replacement apartment or rent payments – at your choice. And even if there are delays, you will continue to receive fixed monthly payments, backed by a bank guarantee for the entire period – until you receive your new apartment.
9. What do I really get out of this?
Besides a new apartment, why go through all this?
